The APA California 2015 conference online registration is now available! When registering as a member registration verification will be required:
APA Member: You will need to provide your six-digit APA or APA California Member ID number.
- If you are a National APA member but not a California Chapter member, please provide a copy of your latest dues renewal receipt to [email protected] and reference that you need to be added to their database to register for the conference. You can obtain a copy of your latest receipt by logging into your My APA at www.planning.org or request a copy from [email protected].

LIFE Member: Must be a member for 25 years and minimum age 65.
STUDENTS: By registering for this rate, you are certifying that you are currently enrolled full-time or graduated June 2015. Student picture ID may be required for conference badge pick-up. Conference sessions only. Does not include Opening Reception event.
Saturday, October 3rd: Student Sessions and Block 1 of the Conference are FREE to APA member and non-member students. (Does not including Opening Reception)
Non-member students currently enrolled full time qualify for the Student rates for one day or full conference. (Does not include Opening Reception)
Non-member students who have just graduated do not qualify for the Student rates for one day or full conference. You may become a member (see bullet point Get Reduced Conferences Rates) or pay non-member rates.
YOUNG PLANNER: To qualify you must not be out of school more than 6 years, be under 35 years of age and be enrolled in APA's Early Career Program (ECP).
Get Reduced Conference Rates - Become a Member of APA / APA California. After becoming a member, send your confirmation notice with your name, address, phone number and member ID number to [email protected] and request to be added to the member database in the registration portal.
Full conference registration includes all sessions, meals and special events.
Single conference registration includes all sessions, meals and special events for the day selected.
Student Rates: conference sessions and meals for day(s) registered. Does not include special events.
Vegetarian meals available upon request. Select the vegetarian meal option during registration.
Sorry, because the hotel purchases in bulk, vegan and other specialized meal options are not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel your registration email [email protected] by September 1, 2015. Cancellations receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. No cancellations are permitted after September 1, 2015, but registrations can be transferred for a $25 fee. To transfer registrations after September 1, 2015, please email [email protected].
