Sacramento Valley Divisions, Counties and Cities

The Sacramento Valley Section is one of the most diverse in the State. It covers a large geographic area, from the borders with Oregon and Nevada and into the Central Valley. The communities range from the urban to rural, with the largest populations in the City of Sacramento and City of Stockton. We have asked communities to provide an introduction to what makes them special, including their history, interesting planning issues or projects, and local attractions.
